Stellar Blade has been the source of news and debate for the past few weeks, but not due to it's impressive graphics or outstanding combat system. Critics and a few X users have engaged on a harassing campaign against the game after the studio released a demo of the game, which featured a sexy protagonist that has a lot to show ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°).
Despite the controversies regarding the protagonist body design, critics seem to be enjoying the game quite a bit. Featuring a Metacritic score of 82 points, with lots of 100's to showcase, most critics seem to agree that the game is a complete success, some are already calling it 'Game of the Year' material.
Although the current score is already quite high. It's undeniable that some critics removed a few points because they condemn the protagonist's design. I hope for a world where critics will start reviewing the game for what it is, instead of injecting their agendas into their reviews...
